SICC - last day of current month for approval in the following month.
SENTOSA - anytime; about 2 to 3 weeks for club approval.
TMCC - any time; about 2 to 3 weeks for club approval.
JCC - 15th day of each month.
OCC - 7th day of each month.
RCC - any time; about a month for approval.
